Our Story

Community Impact Printing was founded in 2016 by John and Jennifer Garrett out of a necessity to meet the growing demands of Community Impact Newspaper — one of the largest hyperlocal news organizations in the country.

What started as an exclusive newspaper production operation has grown into a full-service commercial printing and mailing company. We invested in a state-of-the-art facility at 16121 Impact Way in Pflugerville, Texas, equipped to handle everything from weekly newspaper runs to large-scale direct mail campaigns.

Today, we serve businesses, municipalities, school districts, and publishers across Texas — from Austin and San Antonio to Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth — and ship printed products to all 50 states.

As a seamless acceptance mail service provider, your mail enters the postal stream presorted and routed directly to the closest sorting facility or delivery unit near its destination. Less handling means faster delivery, lower damage rates, and fewer misdirections — your piece arrives the way it left our building.

We print over 500,000 editions weekly, serving over 40 markets and mailing to all 50 states. We have the capacity to handle jobs of any size.
